Shipping Policy

Destinations and shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for orders to supported destinations in the United States, Europe and Australia. There is no minimum order value for standard shipping. Available delivery countries and addresses are confirmed at checkout. If your destination is not available, please contact us before ordering.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 5–12 calendar days. Calendar days include weekends; processing time is separate from transit time.

These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs checks, carrier disruption, public holidays and remote delivery locations may affect transit time. If we become aware of a material delay, we will notify you and explain the available options. If we cannot dispatch within the promised processing period, we will offer a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

Order tracking

We will send a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched. Where tracking is available, the email will include tracking details. Carrier updates may not appear immediately.

Taxes and customs

Free shipping covers the standard delivery charge. Taxes, import duties and customs charges are separate. Amounts collected by us are shown at checkout. Where import charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier under the destination country's rules.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your delivery details before placing an order. Email us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If your parcel is overdue, missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
